  9.    EV is a text and full-color html file viewer under DOS.

  11.    With new scrolling techniques induced from VESA multiful buffering,
  12.    EV supports animation-style scrolling whose speed is 10-30 times
  13.    faster than that of other viewers. So, EV is perhaps the fastest text
  14.    file viewer throughout all DOS and Windows viewer programs.

  16.    EV is the world's only DOS based viewer which simultaneously
  17.    support multiful languages such as IBM PC-8, Ratin-1, Chinese,
